The estate was an ideal backdrop for Emily and Cory’s modern rustic wedding. Its natural surroundings complemented their wildflower-inspired design while giving the celebration an unhurried atmosphere.
Emily and Cory were able to get ready, take photographs and celebrate in one location. Keeping the wedding events together helped create a natural rhythm for the day and eliminated the need to move the couple, their wedding party and guests between multiple venues.

A Colorful Wildflower Wedding Design
Emily and Cory’s wedding palette felt like a New England garden in the height of summer.
Apricot, sage green, soft yellow, lilac, blush and light blue appeared throughout the florals, linens, signage and other design details. The colors were layered and lively without making the wedding feel overly busy.
Britton Designs brought the wildflower vision to life through floral arrangements that felt organic and abundant. Rather than looking perfectly uniform, the flowers had movement, texture and the natural quality of blooms gathered from a summer garden.
A floral wall from Love, Emmie created a focal point and offered guests a beautiful setting for photographs. Linens from BBJ La Tavola grounded the reception tables while allowing the colorful arrangements and personalized details to remain at the center of the design.

Handmade Wedding Signs From Emily’s Sister
The signage and décor displayed throughout the wedding were handmade by Emily’s sister.

No purchased item could have held quite the same meaning.

When those moving pieces are managed behind the scenes, the couple never has to stop celebrating to answer a vendor question or solve a logistical problem.
Emily and Cory were able to be present for their first look, ceremony, photographs, toasts and dancing because the details were already accounted for. They experienced the wedding they had spent so much time imagining without needing to manage it themselves.
